Expedition Scheduling,
Costs & Enrollment Details

Request Portal Link:

Upon request you will receive an online portal link, which can be forwarded to your interested families and includes: 

  • Student Enrollment Application Form

  • Expedition Itinerary, including Field Trips & Workshop Descriptions

  • Mission Statement

  • Terms & Conditions

  • Optional Payment Plans

  • Medical and Dietary Special Requests

  • Optional Trip Interruption Insurance package

 

In addition we will provide you with a teacher chaperone student/parent cover letter that you may use to support your efforts to enroll your students for your upcoming expedition.  (The letter may be used as a template and edited according to your needs.)  Teacher chaperones will have access to the portal in order to monitor all enrollments and payments at all times.  The portal will also update everyone with expedition announcements and developments as your expedition date approaches.

Please know that there is no obligation, should you request the enrollment link portal.  The enrollment link portal will be provided in the spirit that it is intended to help you explore the possible interest and participation of your students!

April 12-15, June 7-10 and October 18-21

4-DAY/3-NIGHT EXPEDITION COSTS:
$1,395.00* Per Student

    (Double Occupancy)

Air & bus travel to and from Orlando is not included.

Please indicate on the form below whether or not you would like us to research the lowest fare and best flight schedule for your group by indicating preferred air departure cities.  (We work with an air consolidator that specializes in group air arrangements.) We would be pleased to research bus charter rates for those schools within driving distance to and from our Space Coast hotel.  Please indicate below.

*Schools have the option of adding 1 extra night and 2 extra meals to compensate for travel distance and to not miss any of the expedition activities due to travel schedules.  5-Day/4-Night cost:  add $90.00 per student.
