Sample Itinerary
DAY 1:
Morning arrival and airport transfer to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach
Lunch with campus students in the Boundless Dining Hall.

Campus welcoming and orientation to college life at a technology institution, and learn about the prerequisites that apply to most technology institutions, regardless of where students eventually enroll.
​
Participate in a personal campus tour hosted by faculty and staff of instructional and lab facilities for Applied Science, Aviation, Business, Computers & Technology, Engineering, Security & Intelligence, and Aeronautics.
​
Interact with grad students as they present and demonstrate their lab research projects in Space and Drone Technology...introducing careers of tomorrow
Transfer to Daytona International Speedway to participate in a behind-the-scenes tour of the 101,500 seat stadium, home of the Daytona 500, the most prestigious race in NASCAR, and learn how Mechanical and Design Engineering put the ‘engine’ in ‘engineer’, building the world’s fastest vehicles and most powerful generators.
Transfer back to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University for dinner with campus students in the Boundless Dining Hall.
Transfer to your Space Coast hotel and check-in.
Time to relax, meet, and enjoy the company of your new friends!
















DAY 2:
Breakfast at hotel, followed by transfer to KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, Cape Canaveral.
Experience KENNEDY SPACE CENTER’S new multi-million dollar Deep Space Launch Complex and explore distant worlds by using the Webb Space Telescope Holo Tube interactive kiosk and 3D models, before being strapped into your seats for an awe-inspiring simulated journey through the solar system on their journey to Mars (and back!) to witness the rugged beauty of the Red Planet.
Participate in a private briefing and Q&A on NASA’s Artemis I, II, & III, Orion Spacecraft’s three missions, providing the foundation for human deep space exploration beyond the moon and into the galaxies. The Artemis III mission will involve the first woman to walk on the moon...NASA’s first return to the moon in over 50 years.
Lunch meal coupon provided: Moon Rocket Cafe.
Tour KENNEDY SPACE CENTER and be briefed on how space research is contributing to food production, medicine, national security, weather forecasting, energy production, and GPS navigation...leading to multiple NASA and aerospace industry career paths, ranging from finance to engineering.
Transfer to Space Coast’s famous Dixie Crossroads Seafood Restaurant...and more, for dinner.
Transfer back to hotel for evening workshop: A review of day’s activities and briefing on next day’s challenges.

DAY 3:
Breakfast at hotel, followed by transfer to the Marine Science Center, Ponce Inlet, on the Atlantic Ocean coastline
Experience the MARINE SCIENCE CENTER’S hands-on introduction to Florida’s rich marine life...including its inhabitants, seabird and turtle rehabilitation efforts, and the ecosystems that make the Atlantic coastal area so unique. Discover ways to conserve and protect our planet and the resources around us, while learning about exciting marine, conservation, and environmental science career opportunities in our ever-changing world.
Learn about estuaries, including their importance, the species that live there, and the human aspects that affect it through a guided tour of where fresh water streams mix with the salt water of the Atlantic Ocean...including a hands-on seine netting and animal identification activity.
Catered lunch on the beach picnic area.
Transfer to Marine Discovery Center, New Smyrna Beach to participate in a 2-hour guided kayak eco-tour for a close look at the area’s 4,000 species of plants and animals. . .or choose to take the 2-hour Indian River pontoon boat guided tour to search for dolphins, sea turtles, a wide variety of birds. . .and maybe even a manatee sighting!
Transfer to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University for dinner with campus students in the Boundless dining Hall.
Transfer back to your Space Coast hotel to relax and enjoy the hotel recreation and pool area.










DAY 4:
Breakfast at hotel, followed by hotel meeting room early morning Career Counseling Workshop. Learn how space exploration is creating a new demand for a skilled STEM workforce in ALL fields as 30,000 companies NATIONWIDE have been contracted by NASA. . .creating new and rewarding future career opportunities for today’s students.
Hotel check-out and transfer to the DAVE School, backlot of Universal Studios Orlando, Studio 25 (Digital Animation and Visual Effects School). Students will participate in a 3D Animation workshop to learn about 3D Design, 3D Sculpting, and Animation basics. . .and how 3D modeling helps engineers scrutinize all aspects of a concept design, utilizing the latest software.
Time to unwind and enjoy Universal Studios, Orlando’s CityWalk with your friends at the Universal Orlando Resort entertainment and dining complex. . .featuring a variety of restaurants, shops, and entertainment attractions! Meal coupons will be provided, good for several dining options within CityWalk.
Late afternoon transfer to the OrlandoInternational Airport for your departing flight. . .and to MAJOR IN THE REST OF YOUR LIFE!
